Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

This Return, Refund & Exchange Policy (“Policy”) governs purchases made from Rang Raga (“we,” “our,” “us”). By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. No Refund Policy

Rang Raga follows a strict no-refund policy. We do not offer cash refunds, bank refunds, or reversals to the original payment method under any circumstances.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in the case of manufacturing defects, subject to the following conditions:

  • The defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Any claim raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be considered.

Upon approval and inspection, eligible returns will be resolved through store credit or replacement, at our sole discretion.

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted only for manufacturing defects, subject to approval.

  • The defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be returned in original, unused condition with tags intact.
  • A ₹150 shipping and handling fee is applicable for all exchanges and must be paid by the customer.

4. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Request Initiation
    Customers must email rangragamumbai@gmail.com with:
    • Order ID
    • Clear images/videos of the defect
    • Reason for return or exchange
  2. Approval
    Once reviewed, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approval is subject to verification.
  3. Shipping the Product
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • The return address will be shared upon approval.
  4. Inspection & Resolution
    • Products are inspected upon receipt.
    • If approved, a store credit or replacement will be issued.
    • Store credit is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.

5. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Used, washed, altered, or damaged items
  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers (unless defective)
  • Requests based on personal preference (fit, color variation, or style dislike)

6. Color & Fabric Disclaimer

Minor variations in color, texture, or print may occur due to lighting, photography, screen resolution, or fabric batches. These are not considered manufacturing defects.

7. Legal Disclaimer

Rang Raga reserves the right to:

  • Reject any return or exchange request that does not comply with this Policy
  • Modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice

This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
